Highland Real Estate was founded by Tyrell Hulshof in early 2025, but it's story started earlier in 2021 when Tyrell purchased his first investment property and developed a passion for Real Estate. Today the business continues to grow and does Investments with partners all over Northwest Iowa and the broader Midwest. On top of that they offer professional property management services for any real estate owners looking to offload the stress and headaches that come with property ownership.
